REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Role:
The Repair Technician will be responsible to diagnose and repair faulty electronics devices. They will be required to do data entry into the inventory system as well as track quality results. RMA process knowledge is an asset. Strong customer service experience. Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent PCB and electronics device trouble shooting
- Basic electronics test equipment
- Strong soldering skill
- Computer skills
- Strong communications skills
- Customer service experience
- Able to onsite visiting/services
