The opportunity:


Our Livestock business unit is looking for a person with strong initiative and problem-solving skills to step into this Project Manager position.


You will be responsible for identifying & implementing solutions to significantly improve the quality & consistency of the customer service delivered by our field staff.


Reporting to the Assurance Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers and field staff to understand the core issues, then develop & implement fitting solutions to meet the customers' needs.

You will likely need to do process improvement / streamlining and organize relevant training sessions for staff.


This is a full-time permanent role, ideally based in our Christchurch or Hamilton office, although we are open to the right fit person working remotely anywhere within New Zealand.

Work minimum 40 hours per week and enjoy the benefit of workplace flexibility, as you can work from home up to 3 days per week and have work hour flexibility.


About you:

You will ideally have experience in project coordination, project management or customer service transformation experience.


Being computer savvy, having strong interpersonal and communication skills will be pivotal in your success to lead your projects to completion while also maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


You'll be a team player with a confident attitude and pride yourself on managing your time efficiently, working effectively to meet targets and deadlines.


Open to people from any industry, although if you have a background in the red meat or dairy sector, this will be advantageous.
