Intent of the process:
The anticipated intent/result of this process is to indeterminately staff (on a full time basis) one position.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives*- Note: The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
- A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
- An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience:
EE1:
Experience in providing operational and administrative support services in a policing environment
EE2:
Recent* and significant** experience in providing support in RCMP systems such as PRIME, JUSTIN and CPIC
EE3:
Experience in presenting and delivering training to internal clients
- "Recent" refers to experience gained within the last 3 years
**"Significant" is defined as having performed the duties required for a minimum of 2 years
