WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our Data & Security Team.

As a
Systems Analyst III on the Projects & Solutions team, your responsibilities will include the execution of project work, delivery of post-project documentation, and solution hand-off to our operations team.

Your work will contribute to our overall goal of delivering best in class client-centered service.

Your primary responsibility is the support and delivery of technical solutions to our Managed Services client base. The responsibilities include technology solution design and the execution of project work.

This position requires collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship with other team members as we work together to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues.

The ability to clearly and accurately record information on newly implemented client environments to maintain our knowledgebase is a core requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical project execution for WBM's Data & Security customers
Technical presales and solution architecture to support project delivery
Liaise with other departments, vendors, and partners to support solution design and project delivery
Build positive working relationships with all WBM personnel and WBM clients
Consistently deliver a great customer experience

Key Qualifications:

5+ Years of IT experience with progressive advancement and a desire for work on a team focused on Proactive initiatives
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Servers and Storage Platforms
Virtualization Platforms
Working knowledge of:
Firewall and Antivirus Security Platforms
Networking
Azure / Office 365

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of:
Firewall and Antivirus Security Platforms
Disaster Recovery and Backup Platforms
Virtualization platforms (including VMware)
Experience delivering Nutanix solutions would be considered an asset
