Job Summary
The Senior Legal Counsel will reside in Legal Services & Governance ("LSG") and will report to the Senior Director & Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Governance ("AGC, C&G"). This role serves as a key trusted and strategic advisor to internal business partners.+
Responsibilities
- Working directly with business partners.
- Collaborating with the AGC, C&G and other stakeholders on corporate governance functions including litigation management processes and corporate investigations.
- Providing legal advice to business partners on corporate legal matters.
Qualifications
- A law degree from an accredited law school (J.D or LL.B.).
- Called to the Ontario bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
