    ServiceNow Developer- HRSD

    This role is open to candidates across Canada that is in proximity to a CGI office.

    We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong HRSD skills to join our Service Management team. This role involves responsibility for development and a strong background in design.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    As a ServiceNow Developer , you will play a critical role in creating, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform specifically HRSD. Additionally, you will be involved in designing integrations with other existing systems.

    Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the range of ServiceNow tools and a proven track record in creating integrations with related systems.

    -Designing, maintaining, and optimizing HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform.
    -Configure and Manage HR criteria, document templates and HR Profiles
    -Define and manage HR Services, Categories, HR Service Catalogs, Catalogs items and Lifecycle Events.
    -Establishing integrations between ServiceNow and other existing systems.
    -Providing second-level support to the production support team for ServiceNow operations.
    -Applying innovative and proven technological approaches to solve complex business challenges.
    -Contributing through technical assessments, written documentation, and expert insights.
    -Collaborating in continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    -Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
    -Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT.
    -Minimum 5 years working experience in ServiceNow.
    -Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform, HRSD module
    -Strong problem analytical, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
    -High analytical skills, independent but also structured work in a team.
    -Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (a plus).
    -Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Application Developer certification (a plus)
    -Bilingual ( English/French) is an asset
