The Interim Director of Community Health Center Implementation provides senior operational leadership to plan, implement, and support the launch of the Thornhill Community Health Center (CHC), including operational planning, workforce readiness system and policy development partnerships,and overall operational readiness The role focuses on translating approved strategic organizational priorities into actionable plans timelines deliverables ensure CHC opens safely compliantly alignment with Community Health Centre Ontario Health requirements Reena is seeking hire temporary eleven month position support implementation CHC pending confirmation funding Ontario Health IPCT
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership during planning launch stabilization CHC Translate strategic priorities into operational plans timelines deliverables aligned with CHC requirements Lead cross-functional coordination internal teams external partners Operational Readiness Leadership Lead oversee operational readiness planning ensure clinic prepared opening early operations Establish validate clinic workflows intake triage referral discharge processes Ensure emergency protocols escalation pathways incident response processes developed tested Policies Procedures Compliance Lead development implementation clinic policies procedures Ensure readiness compliance privacy documentation regulatory requirements e.g PHIPA Support establishment quality safety risk management processes incident complaint management Workforce Planning Recruitment Training Develop staffing models hiring plans aligned service needs budget Support recruitment onboarding training planning clinical administrative staff collaboration Reena HR leadership Establish role clarity supervision frameworks escalation structures Ontario Funding MSAA Readiness Support engagement contract negotiations MSAA readiness planning Ensure operational requirements related funding reporting compliance addressed Maintain documentation organizational readiness meet funder accountability expectations Financial Operating Model Development Oversee budget development staffing operations service delivery Identify operational financial risks propose mitigation strategies Digital Health EMR Guidance Provide leadership guidance EMR selection implementation workflow integration Ensure digital tools support patient flow clinical documentation reporting needs Support adoption staff training change management collaboration IT vendors Partnerships Integration Referral Pathways Build maintain relationships local stakeholders continuity care Ensure referral follow-up processes safe reliable defined Research Evaluation Data Strategy Guidance Use early insights inform post-opening refinements Participate in Advisory Committee broader system integration efforts Represent in partnership forums required Communication alignment stakeholders Note detailed description provided applicants invited interview hiring manager
