As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages following company recipes and standards
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas
• Assist in stocking inventory and maintaining supplies
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
• Follow food safety procedures to ensure quality and freshness of products
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Experience in the food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Proficiency in cashiering, including operating POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer inquiries
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable with cash handling procedures
