$ $29.85 per hour for hours per week

Job Duties:

Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
Supervise, and direct workers engaged in special project work, problemsolving, monitoring, and installation of data communication equipment and software.
Confer with users and management to establish requirements for new systems and provide network and internet support in response to identified difficulties.
Conduct office automation feasibility studies, including maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other team members.
Refer Software problems encountered during client interactions to the development team for service or remedy.

Education:
Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.

Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years work experience is required.
