We currently have an opportunity for a
Training Specialist.

In this role you will aid in the design and delivery of customized internal and external product and systems training and support the customer onboarding process.

You will participate in specialized training initiatives designed to increase customer success and increase customer adoption and drive product knowledge for Farmers Edge employees.

Key Responsibilities

Works crossfunctionally with the Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Product Development teams, in the development and delivery of training programs
Delivers product training to new and existing customers and Team Members using the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
Assists in monitoring the completion of required internal product training, and of recommended customer product training; makes recommendations to address any learning gaps
Supports and monitors the implementation of standardized product training and continued learning tools for all users.
Maintains regular and ongoing twoway communication with assigned internal teams to identify and address internal product knowledge needs
Attends and participates in customer and industry training events as required; showcases the value in effectively utilizing company products for their businesses
Assists in the monitoring of Customer Experience feedback received through various internal and external sources to identify opportunities for product training improvements

This role could be a good fit if you have:

Post-secondary education in general Business or other training related field
Experience designing and delivering interactive adult learning content
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and elearning authoring tools
