Administrative Assistant


Duties:


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Skills:


  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing clerical tasks

Salary:
From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
