What the responsibilities of an intern may include:

  • Help manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
  • Assist in reconciling client accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Generate and distribute monthly statements to clients.
  • Work closely with Dulcedo's clients to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records and documentation related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize accounts receivable procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as needed, providing support to the accounting team.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management with a genuine liking in helping people.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting.
