Description
Looking for bookkeeper. Part time position. 24 hours per week.

Expected to perform all roles associated with, and related to small business accounting, including, but not limited to:


  • Cash Reconciliation
  • Bank Deposits and change runs for cashiers, keeping well stocked for the coming week/days.
  • Use of Sage Accounting program is a must
  • Sales Reports
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Feed Lot Number Tracking
  • Payroll and Timesheets
  • Period end, month end, and year end reporting
  • General Correspondence
  • Data Entry
  • Human Resources duties in relation to staff, as directed by management.
  • Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Other tasks assigned by management, or board of directors.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
