We are seeking an accounting Manager to join our Accounting team.

This position is responsible to assist the controller in various tasks and to supervise, track and evaluate day to day activities in the Accounts Payables and invoicing department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts payable and invoicing department.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Assist Controller with duties related to accounting and special projects
Bank reconciliation
Review General Ledger entries
Forecasting
Budgeting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor of Finance Manager
Advances computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
