Leading a great shift means that all our guests experience exceptional hospitality and that our teams receive excellent communication, support and all the tools necessary to excel in their respective roles.

It also means achieving daily profitability targets by managing daily costs and ensuring guest return visits.


The Supervisor with the office portfolio is responsible for the completion of all office routines, including reconciliation of sales, cash, tips, petty cash, maintaining team member files, amongst other administrative tasks.

This includes maintaining a well-trained cash team, ensuring on-boarding is completed correctly and all postings are up to date.

The supervisor with the office portfolio is also responsible for maintaining excellent repair and maintenance of the office and all office equipment and ensuring the space is clean and well supplied.

This leader must manage communication with home office in an accurate and timely manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Reconciliation of invoices, Tips and Petty Cash


  • Supplies management

  • Office supplies
  • Proactively manages maintenance and repairs for office equipment
  • Ensures office is kept clean and organized
  • Miscellaneous office tasks as directed by the General Manager or Chef
  • Staff Ensure timely payout of all gratuities according to company standards
  • Communicates home office initiatives and ensures all postings are visible to the team and accurate
  • Takes meeting minutes during manager meetings and communicates initiatives

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and vendors
  • Knowledge of restaurant management principles and best practices
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising employees
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address issues that may arise during operations

$18.00-$25.00 per hour
