Job description:

• Full-Time Position
• Day shift; M to F (8AM to 5PM), no weekends
• Salary negotiable based on experience, starting from $18/hr
• Uniform provided and footwear allowance

Tasks include:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone and listen to their service needs or concerns
• Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow efficiently
• Provide accurate quotes and any recommendations for additional services to customers
• Communicate with technicians about customer concerns and job status
• Complete customer payments and billing with software and pointofsale systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work
• Follow all health & safety precautions and protocols in the shop
• Assist in general upkeep and maintenance of shop
• Reliability and motivation, with the ability to work as part of a team environment
• Experience in customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer and math literacy, as well as attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to complete given tasks with mínimal to no supervision

Job Types:

From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
