Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a Property Management Administrator to join its administration team based in Calgary .

You will be responsible to administer leases, calculate and collect rent, prepare invoices, administer sales reports, respond to customer inquiries and other property related administrative duties.

Harvard is a full-service real estate management company based in Western Canada that is recognized for its reputation in leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance.

The company oversees 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, and Regina.

Demonstrated spreadsheet, database and word processing skills, with experience using Microsoft Office. Experience using MRI is an asset;
Experience in contract or lease administration, with strong problem-solving ability;
A positive disposition with confidence to contact or interact with customers in regards to their account;
Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment;
Post-secondary training in office administration or bookkeeping;
Strong background in accounts receivable is preferred.
