Looking for an individual who will provide health and safety leadership and promote a culture of health and safety commitment for our company.

The main deliverable and focus at the start of this role will be maintaining our small COR certification with an interim audit required at the end of 2023, and preparing to move towards a large COR in the next 2 years.

We are looking for an ambitious, organized, individual with an above standard high attention to detail.

• Maintain COR certification
• Develop and maintain a healthy safety culture
• Ensuring work sites maintain proper safety documentation
• Developing and implementing SWP and SJP
• Weekly/monthly safety reporting

Summary Of Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have previous construction safety experience and COR specific experience.
• CSO certification is a prerequisite.
• Proven performance in leadership and managing both people and construction sites
• Demonstrated effective communication and teambuilding skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Expected to work from our Vancouver office with frequent trips to sites (lower Mainland)

Salary:
$35.00-$42.00 per hour
