Our primary target audience is Gen Z and young millennials, and we strive to distribute content in the most easily digestible way.

Responsibilities:

Generate, edit, and share a minimum of 510 pieces of engaging content daily on each social account (Instagram + Tiktok) (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news via Canva)
Ensure content provided aligns with ZLR Media & North Media groups brand voice, current benchmark trends, and audience preferences
Ensure content is not against the platform's community guidelines or terms of service
Compose engaging cultural captions on posts, maintaining unified brand consistency and voice across different social media channels
Collaboratively work with account managers to grow social media platforms by developing, editing, and posting highquality engaging content on North Media group's social media platforms and accounts
Track and keep up to date with all relevant national news and events, developing creative content to ensure North Media Group becomes part of the conversation
Post with the highest standard of clarity, accuracy, professionalism, and integrity
Booking and conducting calls to better understand client needs if needed
