    As an HR Generalist , you'll be an integral part of our Human Resources team, responsible for various duties including new hire onboarding, program and policy development, reporting, employee relations, and special projects.

    Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR team and initiatives.

    Provide a high level of customer service to all internal clients and employees on all day-to-day HR activities and offer routine guidance.


    • Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information while working independently.
    • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
    • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, issues, and plan enrollments.
    • Mitigate and escalate employee relation issues while adhering to company policies.
    • Contribute to the life of the company, our brand, and our culture.
    • Handle ad hoc project work and special assignments as assigned.
    Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience working as an HR Generalist.

    • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient with the MS Office suite
    • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Additional Education: CHRP considered an asset.
