What we're looking for:
In addition to the above qualities, you must possess the following:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work independently
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Working knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, squat, and kneel for long periods of time
