Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing & Website Developer to help transform and enhance our internal and client-facing digital marketing experience.
The ideal candidate combines creative and technical expertise—capable of designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing websites while also supporting content and automation initiatives that drive measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Design, Development, and Management
Plan, design, build, and maintain WordPress websites (using Elementor and associated plugins).
Manage full web lifecycle:
domain setup, hosting, security configuration, backups, and deployments.
Implement and manage e-commerce (WooCommerce) and LMS (Learning Management System) functionalities.
Ensure optimal performance through on-page SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), analytics tracking, and UX/UI improvements.
Test and troubleshoot compatibility across browsers, devices, and platforms.
Digital Marketing & Content
Collaborate with marketing teams to align website content with SEO, branding, and campaign strategies.
Research, draft, and optimize web and blog content for search visibility and conversion performance.
Employ keyword targeting, meta optimization, and structured data enhancements to improve organic ranking.
Analyze traffic and performance metrics to inform content and digital marketing decisions.
Automation & Integrations
Build and maintain workflow automations using Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.
Connect CRM, LMS, email, and marketing automation platforms for improved data flow.
Support implementation of analytics, attribution tracking, and lead management systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and LMS platforms.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, AEO optimization, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
Hands-on experience with Zapier, n8n, or similar third-party automation tools.
Knowledge of LLM-powered tools or AI-based content generation is an advantage.
Graphic/UI design skills (Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva) preferred.
Excellent communication, project management, and documentation practices.
Personality & Culture Fit:
Creative problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and results.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and evolving priorities.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn emerging technologies.
Preferred Experience:
3–5 years in a digital marketing, web development, or similar role.
Experience in B2B, professional services, or tech environments.
Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated industries is a plus.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
