As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of IT Services which will deliver services globally across all business units (24/7).

We are looking for an IAM service manager to join our SLS DWP team.


As part of EQUANS' journey to become an autonomous organization, we are building a new IT Operating model, in which we work as a global organization to deliver some of our core IT components.

As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of Services (SLS) which deliver services globally across all business units (24/7).

The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) encompasses the functions of tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft 365, and user adoption.


As our IAM service manager, you will:

  • lead the IAM Team within the SLS DWP. The IAM team is a small team of highly-skilled and experienced IAM experts. Together, they manage and continually improve the global IAM landscape. They act as a 3rd line for our IT partner in the day-to-day operations. They define, analyze and execute major changes and participate in global projects.
- manage and coach a group of highly competent, and driven IAM experts. You are responsible for your team's execution and strategy, as well as developing a cohesive, high-functioning team.
- use your team's experience and expertise to define a state-of-the-art IAM landscape. You both coach and challenge your team to make the right decisions.
- constantly urge your team and customers to "do the right thing" based on procedures you create. These procedures support the rules, guidelines and standards in place.


Your main activities will be:

  • Define the long term strategy and roadmap for the Equans' Identity landscape
  • Develop and maintain the IAM architecture and guiding principles
  • Act as the IAM SPOC in companywide programs and project
  • Ensure project are executed within time, budget and plan. You ensure the project team remains focused on the project objectives.
  • Be in charge of Build and Run activities (including implementations, changes, migrations, ).
  • Manage the various IT partners to develop longterm, value adding partnerships
  • Develop internal procedures and SOP's for use by your team, your partners and yourcustomers.
  • Ensure proper analysis and documentation is in place to minimize the risk during daily operations and major changes.
  • Connect with the various internal and external stakeholders within Equans to capture their requirements and challenges

This includes:
office of the CTO, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Collaboration team, local IT.

  • Manage the team, including administration, planning, personal development, evaluation
  • Define team and project KPI's with continuous improvements in mind
  • Budget responsibility

  • You've worked in crossfunctional management roles for at least four years
  • The capacity to form strong bonds with coworkers, internal and external leaders, and peers/professional groups outside the firm
  • A proven track record of assembling and managing a highperforming IAM team
  • You foster a learning, cooperation, openness, and feedback culture among your teams.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in the field of identity and access management.
  • You've implemented and worked with identity governance and administration systems
  • Proven track record of achieving critical results in a fastpaced hypergrowth environment.
  • You achieve major results despite severe organisational and technological uncertainties andchanges outside your scope.
