As our Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of accounts, generating sales leads, and collaborating with our Senior Account Managers to create sales strategies that will help us crush our revenue targets.

We want someone who can take charge, own their portfolio, and knock the socks off our customers


In this role, you will be tasked with:

Business Development

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability
  • Uncover growth opportunities with existing and new customers look for ways to create customer value
  • Propose creative technical solutions to win opportunities and negotiate winwin agreements to close deals
  • Cold calls to uncover random leads
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and promote the company's products and services
  • Conduct market research and stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activity

Account Management

  • Relationship management including key accounts, book of business, growth, retention
  • Proactively developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity plans
  • Managing opportunities and updating related activities in CRM software
  • Planning weekly customer call activities
  • Building longterm relationships with potential customers at all levels (Buyers, Engineering, Quality, Management)
  • Communicating clearly with both business and technical users, presenting our unique value and service offering
  • Maintaining close contact with customers throughout the sales cycle, working closely with Project Managers
  • Understanding customers' technical needs and offering practical, valuable solutions
  • Visiting customers regularly to assist in the sales cycle and to maintain strong relationships

Requirements:


  • 24 years of experience in business development or account management in the electronics manufacturing industry or education in electronics
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with a sales cycle ranging from 618 months
  • Experience working in an ISO environment, and a processdriven company
  • Experience with cold calling to uncover leads
  • Familiar with overseas suppliers, understanding international vendors, culture, and time zone challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assets: Prior project experience in Electronics Industry or HVAC background, experience in design engineering phases, Planning and forecasting experience
