THE OPPORTUNITY
Slegg Building Materials is currently seeking a Full-Time General Labourer to join our team. The shifts are either Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5pm. We offer a competitive compensation package with benefits starting after 3 months.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Including but not limited to the following:

Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as a top priority
Compare receipt to product in customers vehicle to confirm the correct product was loaded/charged
General housekeeping duties, stocking of merchandise or various yard and warehouse tasks are as required or directed by management
Stacking and sorting of lumber
Weekly inventory
Practice and promote workplace safety standards
Specific ownership and accountability for a designated yard section
Flexible work hours with weekend availability
Physically demanding
Locking up procedures on closing shifts
