    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support for our Research Department's Grant-in-Aid and Personnel Award programs.

    Responsibilities

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing administrative support for the Grant-in-Aid and Personnel Award programs
    • Assisting with programs launched through Strategic Initiatives
    • Managing research email inboxes, including responding to and forwarding incoming messages as appropriate

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A college diploma or university degree in a related field (preferred)
    • 2-5 years of administrative/research/event coordination experience
    • Experience with research granting organizations (asset)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid interpersonal skills and team player abilities
