Food Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Oversee the activities of staff involved in food preparation, portioning, and service.

Coordination: Schedule staff shifts and coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Inventory Management: Estimate and order necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.

Meal Planning/Creation:

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Create daily specials utilizing in house product and minimizing food waste.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Training: Educate staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to uphold our commitment to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food service management or supervision.
Efficient leadership and team coordination abilities including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation
Work under pressure and handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
