Synopsis of the role

What you'll do:

Interface directly with internal stakeholders to determine project requirements.
Ensure project activities and timelines are met.
Develop strong credible working relationships with internal stakeholders, working proactively to provide solutions and mitigate migration roadblocks.
Review agreements, interpreting billing requirements and capturing pricing information for proper billing of projects and price increase adjustments.
Assist and backup Project Managers on managing the migration of assigned projects, update and monitor their respective delivery plans.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and consistently interpreted.
Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders, business partners, and internal teams on project status.
Follow defined processes and best practices and provide input for continuous improvement
Actively assess risks, provide mitigation plans and escalate issues to Project Managers and other stakeholders.
Bring an understanding of process flows, requirements gathering techniques, how to conduct structured analysis, process mapping, and the Software Development and Project Management Life Cycles
Demonstrate flexibility with ambiguous situations, shifting demands and challenging work environments
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or new products (ex. efficiency and productivity gains, timeliness, and cost avoidance or reduction).

What experience you need

Technical background is preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
Excellent business and technical writing skills ability to clearly and concisely document large amounts of information and convey to several audiences
Selfmotivated, selfdirected and able to work independently
Clientfocused mindset, delivering superior customer results with outcome focused delivery
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
