Job Description Summary


Promote the education and awareness of home office tools and resources available to World Financial Group (WFG) agents, associates and their support staff.

Identify opportunities for agents and associates to improve business practices that lead to increased sales through a scalable and compliant business model.

Work closely with sales leadership, field supervision, field leadership, and service/operational teams within WFG to create a world class agent experience.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Visit agents and associates primarily in person and secondarily virtually to drive increased usage of WFG's Access Platforms and other tools, resources, and services provided by the Home Office.
  • Act as the Home Office liaison to the field force for information/assistance requested at point of sale.
  • Conduct training and development programs to deliver topics integral to deliverables of the Productivity team and organization.
  • Assist in developing content for delivery to field force.
  • Lead oneonone and group meeting with agents/associates in person and via web meetings.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with product providers.
  • Attend meetings/conferences pertinent to the field force, such as WFG Convention, Tiger School, Producer Academies, etc., as well as training and sales meetings.
  • Stay current on media, marketing, and technology used by WFG and Transamerica Financial Advisors (TFA).
  • Manage territory rotation within travel/expense budgets, and fulfill weekly reporting requirements.
  • Use knowledge of written supervisory procedures (WSPs) to observe practices; refer to WFG and TFA field supervision teams when appropriate.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Bilingual; English/French (oral and written)
  • Solid understanding of the insurance/securities industry and agency operations
  • Outstanding written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proactive and independent thinker to manage time and resources
  • Technical aptitude to learn and train others on WFG platforms
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or similar contact management system, and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications

  • Mutual fund license
  • Life insurance license
Working Conditions

  • Office environment
  • Extensive travel to meet with agents and associates

Working Environment:
Employees will be assigned to one of the following work location designations:

  • _ In office employees_ will perform all of their work at a Company office location.
- _ Hybrid employees_ will need to work at a Company office location at times and a remote work location (typically their home) at times.
- _ Commuting Remote employees_ will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.
- _ Non-commuting Remote employees_ will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.
