Maintenance Technician


Duties:

Conduct regular inspections of roofs on residential and commercial properties to identify and address issues such as leaks, damage, or wear and tear.

• Perform roof repairs, including patching, sealing, and replacing damaged roofing materials.
• Clean and maintain gutters, drains, and downspouts to ensure proper water drainage.
• Clean and wash windows on various types of properties, ensuring they are free of streaks and dirt.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, driveways, and decks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects and meet client expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in maintenance and construction.

Experience:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment, including pressure washers and window cleaning tools.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
