The role of Full Time Key Lead is responsible opening and closing the store and for ensuring an intentional customer experience.

As a member of the retail management team, you support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving results.

• Open and close the store as scheduled
• Lead by example and deliver exceptional, intentional customer service
• Ensure the store meets and adheres to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
• Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships and enable all staff members to do the same
• Oversee, delegate tasks, assist, and advise educators in FOH
• Keeping FOH and vestibule clean and tidy and accessories stocked
• Executing any visual merchandising programs and planograms communicated by the SM or Visual Merchandiser
• Demonstrate strong time management and organization skills to keep priorities in focus
• Enforce all company policies and programs, ensuring compliance
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
• Complete other duties assigned

• Minimum 13 years retail experience
• Resourceful, creative, and solutionoriented
• Ability to work, plan, prioritize and organize
• A leader with a proven ability to train others and retain talent
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
• You are passionate about cannabis and are excited to bring it to market for recreational purposes
• You are open to feedback and coaching
• You demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
• You are trustworthy and customeroriented
• Mathematically inclined and have strong cash handling abilities
• Minimum age 19 years of age as specified by the provincial government
• Able to lift boxes 530 lbs
• Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties
• Can Sell certification required
• Criminal Background check required
