Description
Essential Functions:
- To learn all he/she can on construction of a mold.
- Receives practical experience in operation of a variety of Manual Machines, quality, safety, assembly, design, benching, spotting, and mold tryout.
- Follow and improve shop processes.
- Maintains adherence to company policies, safety/ergonomic standards, and good housekeeping practices.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year mould making experience
- Rotational shifts
- Day and Afternoon Shifts
- Willingness to work the necessary hours to meet due dates
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
