The Technical Operations Group within the Faculty of Science is currently seeking a Full-time Temporary Relief Science Autoclave Technician for approximately 7 months.
+Responsibilities
- Daily operation of the Bio Autoclave facility during regular work hours, including customer service, maintaining equipment, identifying repairs and regular equipment maintenance,
- Perform routine sterilization of laboratory glassware, equipment, media and biohazard waste (roughly 500 cycles/month),
