- Minimum 5 years fundraising, program development, marketing and/or operations experience with a proven track record of achieving fundraising goals
- Experience leading a team of direct reports and collaborating on national campaigns
- Experience developing or leading digital fundraising campaigns or initiatives
- Experience leading web development, email marketing campaigns as well as paid and earned media campaigns
- University Degree
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to present training material in an engaging manner
- Ability to drive strategy and execution
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence outcomes, build persuasive arguments and gain support to achieve business goals.
- Big picture thinking with absolute attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate and plan, problem solve and exercise sound judgment
- Strong business sense and demonstrated ability to fundraise and manage volunteer relationships
- Ability to navigate and work within a large, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders/partners and execute plans
- Flexible and adaptable - able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and manage financial information
- PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office, database applications
