    Who we need

    Experience

  • Minimum 5 years fundraising, program development, marketing and/or operations experience with a proven track record of achieving fundraising goals
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports and collaborating on national campaigns
  • Experience developing or leading digital fundraising campaigns or initiatives
  • Experience leading web development, email marketing campaigns as well as paid and earned media campaigns
  • Education

  • University Degree
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to present training material in an engaging manner
  • Ability to drive strategy and execution
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence outcomes, build persuasive arguments and gain support to achieve business goals.
  • Big picture thinking with absolute attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate and plan, problem solve and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong business sense and demonstrated ability to fundraise and manage volunteer relationships
  • Ability to navigate and work within a large, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders/partners and execute plans
  • Flexible and adaptable - able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and manage financial information
  • PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office, database applications
