Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance to maximize their performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within a related field.
- Proven track record of building and developing successful sales teams.

- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
