- Pendant les journées vous aiderez notre clientèle à créer les espaces de leurs rêves: vous les écouterez activement pour identifier leurs besoins, vous les guiderez dans leur sélection de produits et vous leur communiquerez les services de fidélisation de l'entreprise.
- Vous établirez des relations avec votre clientèle, en organisant et en participant à des consultations à domicile, virtuelles ou en magasin, selon leurs préférences.
- Vous fournirez des solutions de design personnalisées à l'aide d'outils tels que des plans d'étage 2D et 3D et des tableaux d'inspiration.
- Vous maintiendrez les standards de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les objectifs personnels/du magasin en matière de ventes/performance et serez responsable du suivi des commandes jusqu'à leur achèvement.
- Expérience de vente dans un environnement de vente au détail, notamment de vente à la commission, avec la capacité d'atteindre continuellement des objectifs de vente.
- Maîtrise des opérations et systèmes de vente au détail (point de vente, Microsoft Office).
- Esprit créatif et excellent sens du design. Une éducation formelle est considérée comme un atout.
- Capacité à se motiver, à s'organiser et à communiquer de manière persuasive.
