The Investor Relations team at Sun Life is an engaging and important area for Sun Life, responsible for developing and executing Sun Life's communication strategy with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.

The team is regularly connected across Sun Life's global businesses seeking insights and successes to position and showcase for the investor community.

Through this, there is an incredible opportunity to learn about the different Business Groups operating in Sun Life and gain exposure to senior executives and external stakeholders.

This role reports to the AVP, Investor Relations and is located in Toronto and Waterloo.

Accountabilities include:

Support the execution of Sun Life's investor communication strategy, including preparation for the release of quarterly financial results, investor day meetings, investor conferences, road shows, education seminars, and ongoing interactions with senior executives and the investment community
Support the development and execution of the Investor Relations marketing and targeting plan which focuses on identifying and successfully recruiting new longterm institutional investors
Monitor and consolidate investor feedback on a regular basis, including review and analysis of company, competitor and industry equity research
Perform competitive analysis on best practices in investor relations programs and company disclosures
Work closely with internal partners to ensure consistency in messaging
Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function
Prepare reports and analysis for use by the Sun Life Executive Team
