The Financial Analyst - Reporting is responsible for preparing sub ledgers for periodic financial statements with analysis forming part of schedules and notes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the assigned portion of financial statements periodically and performing variance analysis comparing last period and last year results
- Assist in preparing management reports with detailed analytical insights as to reasons for variances
- Assisting with all audit enquiries for our yearly financial audit with proper reasons and backups
- Participate in system improvements and controls in SAP by being an active player and coordinating with other teams
- Monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures/li>
- Assisting in forecasting and cashflow projection for management on an ongoing basis/li>
