Reporting to the Employee Education & Learning Solutions, Team Lead, the
Employee Learning Specialist champions front-line product education and a brand advocate for the development and implementation of our organizational service standards that lead to enhanced customer experiences.

Working cross-functionally with many different teams in the organization, this role is responsible for enabling front line employees to provide exceptional experiences to our customers making their purchases through effective employee knowledge of our category products and behavioural service standards.
