With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our
Ottawa-Area accounting team is/are looking for
Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Hands on role, responsible for multiple automotive dealerships based in the Ottawa region.
Review invoices for accuracy and verify against purchase orders prior to entry into the system.
Reconcile Vendor Statements and prepare monthly cheque/payment run.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain accurate historical records.
Assist in preparation of month end and year end reports and other accounting duties as required.
Responsible for offsite visits for monthly inventory counts.

Selfstarter with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Build partnerships and foster collaborative relationships across the business.
Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel (experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or PBS Financial Systems would be an asset)
Post-Secondary Education in accounting/business/finance.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
