We are seeking an energetic and experienced
Shipping and Receiving Associate with excellent attention to detail to join our team This position will report to the Production Supervisor.


What you will do

  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documentation
  • Prepare, package and schedule outgoing shipments with transport companies
  • Ship customer orders and branch transfers ensuring all required paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of orders being loaded
  • Track shipments as required
  • Receive, unload and sort orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Inspect and compare incoming orders against invoices, record shortages and/or defects

What you have to offer

  • 12 years' experience in shipping/receiving
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment with frequently changing dynamics
  • Forklift license is an asset
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work well independently
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Experience in using an ERP system an asset
  • Licensed Fork Lift Operator preferred

$21.00-$23.00 per hour
