Brief Overview:

The BIM Specialist Student is respnsible fr mdeling, 4D creatin, clash crdinatin (2D and 3D) and lgistic plans. This rle needs t interact with CCM team members and teamwrk is vital t this psitin. We at CCM prvide a safe envirnment fr grwth and develpment. We are lking fr individuals that are pen t learning and sharing.

The BIM Specialist Student will reprt t the BIM Scheduling Manager.

Respnsibilities:

Assist and supprt prjects and pursuits in the prductin f mdels alng with the analysis, creatin, and management f Building Infrmatin Mdels (BIM) and 2D drawings use these prcesses:
Data cllectin
Mdel/file management
Clash detectin
4D stimulatin/schedules
Renderings
Animatins
Site lgistics plans
Add in the crdinatin/creatin f lift drawings, as required
Prepare and revise 3D BIM mdels in Revit and 2D drawings in AutCAD, as required
Dcumentatin and printing
Read and review dcuments, cntracts, drawings, and specificatins with the ability t create mdels frm these
Utilize cllabratin techniques fr infrmatin management, implement Building infrmatin Mdeling (BIM) and integrating mdels

Qualificatins:

Required:

Graduate frm a recgnized pstsecndary institutin in Architectural Technlgist, Drafting, Bachelr's Degree r Diplma in Architecture
1year prfessinal experience
Ability t read and interpret cnstructin drawings.
Prficiency with AutCAD, Revit is a must
Experience with Bluebeam, Naviswrks
Ability t set pririties and multitask
Team player and has a psitive wrk ethic

Desired:

Thrugh understanding and knwledge f industry standards, current cnstructin best practices, prcesses, and their impact n prject activities wuld be an asset
Experience in High-Rise cnstructin is a definite asset
