Job summary
A Surgical Processor will be responsible for decontamination sterilization of hospital supplies equipment and surgical instrumentation.
This role requires use of aseptic technique Universal Precautions in prevention of Hospital Acquired Infections HAI.
The Surgical Processor ensures instrumentation equipment is in proper working order performs biological chemical quality assurance testing and reports problems to supervisor or designate.
