Business Process Analyst - British Columbia

As a Business Process Analyst with Coastal Community, you will drive process improvement by collaborating across teams to map and optimize workflows and enable prioritized initiatives that support our strategic goals. You will lead the identification and analysis of business processes, facilitate end-to-end process mapping and engage stakeholders to uncover business needs.

- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into detailed process designs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design improved processes for member/client experience journeys
