- Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit glasses with attention to detail, ensure finished glasses meet customer standards and needs.
- Explore customer needs and priorities by asking open-ended questions
- Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions
- Precise and thorough use of all technologies despite time pressure and customer volume, exceptional product knowledge, ability to accurately describe features and benefits of various lenses and frames using appropriate tools, reinforce final customer selection.
