What this role is all about:

The Centralized Services Coordinator provides ongoing transactional and administrative support to G&F's branches, collaborating with branches and departments to provide an exceptional overall member experience.

The incumbent provides administrative support in a range of products and services supported by the Centralized Services Department, and fosters efficiencies in a culture committed to continuous improvement and service excellence.


What you'll do:


  • Branch Support_
  • Processes various general ledger entries, balancing and reconciling GLs and verifying data
  • Posts transactions and performs administrative tasks, including registered products, estate processing, fee waivers and other related items.
  • Provides assistance to the Centralized Services Specialists for general operations and systems support, digital banking support and registered plan support.
  • Reporting & Auditing_
  • Processes and reviews a variety of regular and adhoc financial and usage
  • Performs administrative assistance with transactions related to processes and procedures surrounding registered products and estates.
  • Seeks opportunities for report automation and other reporting process improvements.
  • Assists with regular auditing of files as well as special audit projects; assists in external audit preparations as needed.
  • Process Support & Collaboration_
  • Prepares and updates Centralized Services related documents.
  • Proactively collaborates with other members of the Central Operations team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborates and builds partnerships with external departments such as Finance, Business Solutions, Member Experience, Risk, Learning & Development, and other departments for support, process efficiencies, and training opportunities.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Identifies and escalates potential AML, Privacy, and Fraud situations to Risk Management.

A little about your qualifications:


  • Postsecondary business degree or diploma
  • 12 years related experience
  • Equivalent combination of the above may be appropriate.
