Position Responsibilities

Reporting and insight Generation

Main source of contact and knowledge for deposits data requests outside of business intelligence
Gather information from various channels to measure performance and success
Prepare PowerPoint presentations as requested for various business partners up to Senior Management
Assist in the development and creation of simple, effective and relevant reports
Produce insightful data driven suggestions for deposit project

Risk and Compliance

Ensure adherence to HTC policies and procedureswhen servicing clients/brokers and performing account maintenance
Understand regulatory and compliance requirements that include, but are not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements, FCAC consumer provision requirements, and Privacy Act provisions in accordance with Bank Policies & Procedures and take appropriate action
Keep up to date on changes to, processes, P&P and technologies ensuring adherence to bank guidelines
Solicit and monitor client feedback, identify gaps, provide timely solutions to enhance the overall client experience
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
Certification(s)/Designation(s) preferred
Related Experience
1-3 years related experience
SQL coding
PowerBI dashboard building
Working with large multiple datasets
Knowledge of investment products
R and Python are strong assets
