Description
We are a Material Handling Equipment Company who has been in business since 1976.

We require a mechanically inclined Service & Parts Coordinator who has several years experience dispatching technicians, managing service calls and ordering parts.

Excellent communication on the phone along with good computer & organizational skills will be needed. A background in jobber parts would be an asset. Salary negotiable and will be based on knowledge and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source Parts
  • Create and process Purchase orders for parts
  • Receive and ship products and documents
  • Notify Customers when service intervals are due
  • Complete service estimates for Customer approval.
  • Open and close work orders and estimates
  • Invoicing customers for parts orders & services received.
  • Scheduling service and dispatching technicians
  • Shipping and Receiving when required

Qualifications:


  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to stay organized
  • Competent computer skills
  • Experience processing parts orders and sourcing parts
  • Experience working with Customers and handling questions and queries and concerns
  • Experience working with Technicians
40 Hours of work per week: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
