Description

As Team Leader - Data Collection, you will work and oversee both our American and Canadian data collection operations and will report directly to the Operation Manager and be working under general leadership of the Chief Operation Officer (COO).

• Provide effective leadership, coaching and motivation of the team of Field Technicians
• Foster a positive work environment
• Manage deliverables on many simultaneous projects of varying size and duration
• Ensure both delivery and quality objectives are met
• Assist team members in providing guidance when required
• Build and institute Recruiting, Training and Onboarding
• Establish Key Performance Indicators
• Enable visibility on team's workload and bandwidth
• Work, collaborate and communicate with the other Team Leaders to ensure good project execution.
• Enable Continuous Process Improvement
• General Project Reporting
• Fleet Management
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to adjust to the needs of the business
• Has successfully demonstrated the ability to perform and provide results in a fast paced, teamoriented environment
• Experience managing a team is a must.
• GIS Experience is a plus
