Job Description:
The Crew sceduling Coordinator's main responsibility is to ensure that all Air Transat flights are adequately staffed. As a specialist in Canadian regulations, he/she ensures that all schedule changes respect collective agreement requirements. He/she will ensure positioning changes for all irregular operations.
- Operation daily management
- Daytoday management of operations, linked to flight crews.
- Reservations of hotels and transportation for flight crew members;
- Manage daily changes (after receiving FSN messages, alter the crew schedules) ;
- Daily followup of manpower versus operations.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or relevant experience;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Good interpersonal skills, dynamism and leadership;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of various software, including MS Office;
- Knowledge of AIMS, RADIXX, ACES and Sabre software, an asset.
